Why Covalt swapped the recruitment agencies for Tempo
UK-based real estate services firm Covalt recently partnered with Tempo to grow their London office’s Flexible Workspace team. We recently caught up with the team’s COO, Dave Moran, to see what he thinks of his Tempo experience.
The Company
Covalt is a commercial real estate services firm working with enterprises to make the best of their property for owners, landlords and occupiers.
Covalt’s Flexible Workspace team provides adaptable office space to meet return-to-work needs and high-quality expectations.
Challenges
The business depends on employees for centre operations, including roles like Front of House and Reception. Temporary resources are frequently required for holiday, sick, or maternity coverage to maintain excellent service levels. The team therefore requires great people working in these positions as they are essential for delivering great customer experience to occupiers and clients.
The team previously used a number of suppliers to fill positions but were let down by the service of those, the quality of the candidates and the lack of control they had in the process of choosing who to hire.
Solution
Dave Moran turned to Tempo to regain control of the hiring process and find talented candidates at speed. Having previously used Tempo during his time at Cushman and Wakefield, Dave found that candidates hired through Tempo are of much higher quality in comparison to traditional recruitment services.
Covalt have found billing with Tempo easy too. Receiving one monthly invoice with full visibility on invoice history within the platform made things much easier for their Finance and Procurement teams. What’s more, the Tempo team are always on hand to support with queries on hiring, candidates and how to get the most out of our platform.
