Introducing My Hires!
Tempo is on a mission to transform the hiring experience. For good.
We’ve launched a new feature, My Hires, to make it easier than ever to manage temporary workers and keep track of who you’ve hired by bringing all the information you need into one place.
You can see a history of people that you’ve hired in the past and are able to re-hire your favourites with just a couple of clicks, saving you the hassle of starting the process from scratch every time.
This was one of our most requested features from companies hiring temps, so we’re very happy to have been able to deliver this and make a slow and fiddly process very quick and easy!
One advantage of hiring temporary staff through Tempo is that you’re in control of who you hire – you don’t have to accept whoever an agency sends you – instead you’re instantly presented with relevant candidates that you can talk to and decide who’s the best fit.
MyHires expands upon this benefit by giving you access to a pool of candidates that you’ve hired before, who know your business, who have been trained and are known to be reliable – in just a couple of clicks.
When you need to hire you can reach out to these people first before sharing the job with the wider Tempo candidate pool, creating a trusted community of temporary workers and saving valuable time on screening and interviewing.
It can also be a great way of keeping track of who you’ve hired into permanent roles and how they’ve progressed within your business over time!
On the new screen below you can see the roles that people have worked in before, dates, their timesheets and you can message them – all from one place – reducing the number of clicks and putting everything you need within easy reach.
Why re-hire rather than find new people each time?
Put simply…because it saves you lots of time and money! Dipping back into a pool of people you’ve hired in the past means no interview process is needed. They already know your business so can hit the ground running much faster than a new hire would.
This means less time spent on hiring and more time focused on your business.
You will often find that candidates hired on a temporary basis are interested in permanent roles too, so it can be a great way of adding to your pipeline of talent as well.
