TEMPORARY VS PERMANENT ROLES
A permanent placement
This is where an employer will offer you a full-time job with an annual salary. The contract will be signed with the employer directly and therefore you will have access to full employment benefits at that company. Exciting!
A temporary placement
This is where an employer will offer you a job for a certain period of time with an hourly pay rate. The contract will remain with Tempo rather than your employer. Although you don’t have access to full employment benefits at the company, through Tempo you will be able to sign up to our Collective Benefits package. See below for details.
