With the growth of the tech industry the need for Customer Success experience in the next 10 years will grow massively. It is becoming increasingly integral to many organisations out there.

The ability to influence others: You will develop the ability to influence other teams to help ensure that fewer and fewer customers are needing your help.

Passion for your role and company: Customer Success is a role that you cannot do without passion. You have to want to help customers and make sure they are happy. It’s more than a job – it’s personal. You need to care.

The ability to be a team player: You will rely heavily on your teammates and others in the organisation.

The skills are also highly transferable to other organisations such as sales, professional services, and training and will set up in good stead for later in life… making your career path exciting.
